These Terms of Use apply to www.nsave.com (“nsave”, “we”, “us”, “our”, “Website”) and apply to all users accessing the services of Masref Ltd. (hereinafter “customer”). Our Terms and Conditions apply to the use of all services offered by nsave with all contents, functions, services, and rules within the framework of the contract. By accessing and continuing to access this website and all information and functionality contained herein (the “Website”), you confirm that you have read, understood and are in an agreement with the terms and conditions below, including the waiver of warranty and liability. Additionally, nsave's privacy policy applies.
Continued access to this website following any modification in these Terms of Use will constitute your acceptance of the Terms of Use as modified. Access to and use of this website are subject to and shall be construed in accordance with applicable regulations in the UK exclusively.
The nsave application (“app”) is operated by Masref Ltd. Masref Ltd. is registered in the UK, our Company number is 14337994. The nsave Debit Mastercard is issued by AF Payments Limited, a regulated EMI with FCA Firm Registration Number 900440 (“Partner”). The Terms of Use of the Account can be found here https://www.nsave.com/terms/account. In addition to these terms, separate terms and conditions of third-party service providers may apply. They allow access to and use of customer data insofar as this is necessary for the provision of services offered by nsave and the customer actively consents to its use.

Unless in presence of gross negligence or willful intent, in no event shall nsave or any of its members, employees, affiliates or other representatives be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this Website or any reliance on any of the content provided on the Website or the inability to access or use the Website. This limitation of liability applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit loss, costs, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.
Website users shall hold nsave or any of its members, employees, affiliated or other representatives harmless against any damage, claim (including legal and attorney’s fees) arising from their access and use of the Website or by any third party in connection with their access and use of the Website.

Our trademark “nsave” and logo is registered in the United Kingdom as well as in other jurisdictions where the company has operations.
The contents, features and functionalities of this Website (including but not limited to text, graphic, user interface, visual interface, photographs, videos, database, trademark, logo) is the property of nsave or its licensors and may be viewed only for your personal, non-commercial use.
No part of this Website may be reproduced, distributed, published, linked or delivered to any other party for any purpose. In no event shall a user acquire title to any software or Website material by downloading it, or otherwise copying it, from the Website.
9. Links and contents to other websites
Links on the Website may be directed to third-party websites, which are not owned nor controlled by nsave. Access to these third-party websites is, at the user’s own risk and responsibility, subject to the terms and conditions and privacy policies of the relevant third-party providers.

Users’ access to and use of the Website constitutes its acceptance of nsave’s Privacy Policy nsave.com/privacy-policy which is hereby incorporated in the present Terms by reference.

We may send notices to the email address you have provided. It is your responsibility to ensure that you notify us of any changes to your email address. Any notice sent by us to your email address is considered delivered at the time of sending.
12. Miscellaneous
The Terms apply to any Website user as long as such user accesses and uses the Website.
nsave reserves the right to amend the present Terms in its sole discretion, at any time and without any prior notice. The most current version published on the Website applies.
In the event that any of the terms of these Terms are found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, such terms will be separable from the remaining terms, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable.
13. Applicable law and Place of jurisdiction
Use of the Website shall be subject to laws of England and Wales, which shall exclusively govern the interpretation, application, and effect of all the conditions of use set out above, without regard to its conflict of laws provision. You agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Investments involve risks, including the potential total loss of capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Each investor is responsible for making their own decisions and should seek advice from a licensed financial advisor or qualified professional if uncertain. Investment and all brokerage & securities services are provided by Alpaca Securities LLC. Alpaca is a FINRA and SEC member. All funds are held by Alpaca.
Normal trading fees apply on investments and transfers made. Stocks bought and sold within the competition period are done so at market prices.

2. Eligibility
To enter the competition, participants must sign up via the following link: https://wf7p81l1s4q.typeform.com/to/ECH1Skcl.
Only entries registered between 12.00pm (BST) 22 May 2025 and 12.00am (BST) 8 June 2025 will be counted.
Entrants must be aged 18 years or older at time of entry and either hold an nsave account or be in the process of onboarding. Employees of Masref Ltd., its affiliates, or immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
3. Entry Period
Only entries registered via the relevant link (https://wf7p81l1s4q.typeform.com/to/ECH1Skcl) between 12.00pm (BST) 22 May 2025 and 12.00am (BST) 8 June 2025 will be counted. Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.
The time period for investment results to be measured and counted towards the competition will run for four consecutive weeks. For existing nsave users, this will be from time of entry. For new users, this will be from time of onboarding.
nsave reserves the right to change this period, including cutting it short, at our sole discretion.
4. Prizes
The winner will have their profits made on the original investment matched up to a maximum of $1000 USD (or equivalent). Payment will be received via their nsave account. For those living in countries where USD accounts are not offered, an equivalent payment will be made in GBP.
Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash alternatives will be offered.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected by nsave. The winner will be selected based on magnitude of returns in proportion to original investment, not on cash value of their profits.
Winners will be contacted via the email account associated with their nsave account and must respond within 72 hours to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within this time, nsave reserves the right to select a replacement winner.
7. Liability and Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, nsave disclaims all liability for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by any participant entering the competition or as a result of accepting any prize.
Investments involve risks, including potential loss of capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
Entrants agree to indemnify and hold harmless nsave and its affiliates from any claim, loss, liability or expense arising from participation in the competition.
8. Data Protection
Personal data collected for the purpose of this competition will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Modification and Termination
nsave reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice.
10. Governing Law
This competition and these terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
