nsave Family Plan Promotion Scheme Terms

What is the nsave Family Plan promotion about?
nsave was built with a mission to make finance inclusive for everyone. Our family plan promotion scheme aims to offer our existing customers on any paid account plan the opportunity to invite their friends and family (the “Invitee”) to sign up for an nsave account free of charge for a year (the “Promotion”). Customers who opt-in into the Promotion are eligible to refer up to five (5) people. The Promotion period will continue unless terminated by us (the “Promotion Period”).
By signing up for the family plan, the customer and Invitee agree to these terms ("Family Promotion Terms"), nsave App Terms and Conditions (available at https://www.nsave.com/terms/application), and Account Terms and Conditions (available at https://www.nsave.com/terms/account).
How do I refer to someone?
You can refer people to your family plan through the nsave app.
You can only refer to a maximum number of five (5) people as part of the nsave Family Plan Promotion Scheme. New members can be added during the Promotion Period in the nsave Family at any point of time. Once added, members of the nsave Family can be removed, although users will not be able to add new members as replacement until new membership fees are processed for the family owner. Members of your nsave Family Plan who are removed will be informed via email/app and acknowledge that they will be charged periodically fees as per our Fees and Charges Policy (available at https://www.nsave.com/terms/fees). Removed members will have an option to cancel their subscription via app on removal.
What do I and my invitee need to do?
- You must have a valid paid account nsave membership.
- Your invitee must successfully open an nsave account (GBP, EUR or USD), for the first time, using your unique referral code. Someone who has previously signed up for an nsave account will also be eligible for this Promotion. Individuals may join the family by clicking on the "Join Family" button located on the home screen or within the settings page. To proceed, they will need to input the provided referral code.
Finally, some tiny legal bits
To be eligible, you must have an active account (meaning that your account is not restricted, suspended, or closed) throughout the Promotion Period.
We reserve the right to charge the Invitees if we become aware that either you or the Invitee has breached these Family Promotion Terms.
If we believe that you have engaged in any fraud of the Promotion we may also in our sole discretion take any actions we see fit in the circumstances.
We may change, suspend or end the Promotion earlier than the end of the Promotion Period if, in our reasonable opinion, the Promotion is being abused or may negatively affect nsave's goodwill or reputation, or due to unforeseen circumstances which may make it impossible for us to continue running the Promotion. We may suspend or end the Promotion on an individual or promotion-wide basis.
If we need to change, suspend or end the Promotion before the end of the Promotion Period, we will give you at least 60 days notice either through the app or via email . nsave will not be liable for any loss, whether directly or indirectly suffered where we are unable to continue running the Promotion as planned.
Please contact our Customer Support if you believe you or your Invitee qualifies for the benefit in relation to this Promotion that has not been awarded as a result of early suspension or termination.
Any personal data processed or controlled during the Promotion will be dealt with in line with the nsave Privacy Policy that applies to your account. Please see the following link https://www.nsave.com/privacy
