How to open your nsave account in under 10 minutes

This guide walks you through each step of opening your nsave account so you can start sending and receiving USD quickly and grow your savings at the best rates.
You can download the nsave app from the App Store or the Google Play Store.

1. Sign up
When you open the app for the first time, tap Sign up and start by entering your phone number.

2. Verify your phone number
You will receive a secure code on WhatsApp to verify your phone number. Enter it on the screen shown below.

Complete the steps
Once your phone number is verified, you will see an overview of the steps needed to complete your setup. You can follow them in any order you like.

1. Select your country
Tap Select your country to choose your citizenship and the country where you currently live.
We are available nearly everywhere. Here is a list of countries where nsave is currently unavailable due to regulatory restrictions. We’re constantly working to expand access where possible. If you have questions, please contact us.

2. Create account
Next, tap Create Account to enter your email address and choose a secure password. You will need this to log back into nsave after updates, so store it safely.

3. Create a passcode
You can now set up a 4 digit passcode or enable Face ID for quick access to your account. You will use this whenever you return to the app, similar to unlocking your phone.

4 Verify identity
Tap Verify Identity to upload a photo of your ID, confirm your name and date of birth, and complete a short selfie video.
Please note that you must be 18 years old to open an nsave account.

4.1 Select your country
There are 3 quick steps to ID verification. First choose the country where your ID was issued and scan your ID - depending on your nationality, you can use a National ID, Passport or ID number.

4.2 Name and date of birth
Then add your name and date of birth as it appears on your ID.

4.3 Record yourself
The last step to ID verification is a selfie video. This video confirms that you are a real person and matches the biometrics on your ID to your face.

5. Address
5.1 Share your location
After that, tap Enter Address. Turn on location services.

Enter your full address, including your house or flat number, street name, town or city, country and postal code if applicable, and tap Confirm.

We will need to validate this information to ensure your bank transfers run smoothly. Some banks require a complete and verified address to process transfers.

6. Build your profile
Next, tap Build your profile and answer a few questions about your occupation and income.
We ask these questions to anticipate your needs and to process transactions quickly. Most transactions are instant, but we monitor all transactions some might get flagged for review. Having the right information about you allows us to make these reviews seamless and fast.

7. Choose a plan
The final step is to choose your subscription plan. You can select Free or Pro. Here is an overview of the differences.
